Being part of the global statistical community, Belarusian statisticians are happy to join the celebration of the World Statistics Day.
This festive event is doubly remarkable for us as this year we mark the 100th anniversary of the establishment of state statistics bodies of the Republic of Belarus.
In this context, we would like to share some materials dedicated to these milestone events which contain brief information on the history and achievements of Belarusian statistics, people who produce statistics, process of statistical production as well as progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals in the Republic of Belarus. We are also pleased to present an animated video dedicated to the national statistical system, prepared with the support of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
